All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund on any online or in-store purchases.
Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate exchanges for eligible items; however, all exchanges must be processed in person at our Manassas showroom. We do not process exchanges via mail or freight. To be eligible for an in-store exchange, the item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you bring your original receipt or digital proof of purchase with you.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
All online orders for accessories, water care products, and smaller items are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Local White-Glove Delivery (Large Items)
For large investments such as hot tubs, saunas, and custom patio furniture, we provide specialized local white-glove delivery throughout the Greater D.C. and Northern Virginia region.

Scheduling: After placing your order, our backyard design team will contact you directly to schedule delivery, discuss access routes, and arrange a site inspection if required.

Setup: Our white-glove service includes complete unboxing, professional assembly, exact placement in your outdoor space, and the removal of all trash and packaging materials.
Standard Shipping (Accessories & Water Care)
Replacement filters, chemicals, and other standard-sized spa accessories are shipped via standard ground service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free In-Store Pickup
Need your water care essentials today? Skip the shipping times and fees by selecting "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is packed and ready to be picked up at our Manassas showroom.
